Nan Beebe, founder and designer |
Founder and designer, Nan Beebe, set out to break the mold in generic diabetes supply cases. As a registered nurse with experience in school and hospital nursing and a husband with Type I diabetes, she developed an understanding of some of the unique challenges that people face when diagnosed with insulin-dependent diabetes. “I wanted to create a fashionable look for professional adults, teenagers, and children who are required to carry insulin and testing supplies to work, school, and their various social functions,” she explains. “With the many obstacles that each person faces when newly diagnosed, especially kids and teenagers, I felt that it was necessary to design a line of cases that people can carry with confidence, to meet a variety of needs,” she adds. With attention to detail, bright colors, rich leathers, and efficient design, beticbag is truly in a class of its own. Created just for you.
